For all weekly rentals, half of total rent is required for a down payment, plus a $300 security deposit. Balance due 60 days before arrival. Weekly rates are adjustable for multiple week requests. A full return of deposit will be provided for all units subsequently rented. (Every effort will be made through our relationships with the Ephraim and Door County Chambers and our web site alliances, to re-rent any cancelled unit.) Rates are effective November 2007 through October 2008 and subject to change from time to time, based on market conditions, by Parks Edge Cottages, Inc.
